  • Consistent Accountability – field managers are equipped with sophisticated mobile technology, allowing them to monitor officer attendance in real time, scrutinize activity during their tour, and identify specific trends at your property.
  • Recurrent Field Inspections – unannounced inspections are conducted regularly by independent third-party inspectors, who review all aspects of daily operational performance. Inspection results are reported instantly via secured mobile technology, and reviewed immediately by management to ensure our officers consistently meet our performance standards.
  • Structured Feedback – in addition to informal daily discussions, clients are given the opportunity to formally assess our performance and discuss any related concerns in regularly-scheduled Quality Assurance phone calls. Typically scheduled monthly and limited to no more than five minutes, these pre-planned phone calls provide a quick review of performance among eight key performance indicators. Any unacceptable rating is immediately investigated, a measureable corrective action plan is quickly implemented, and an invoice credit is issued for the appropriate period.
